AMENDMENT 9 Amendment 9 brings forth several changes. It is hereby issued to correct the language in the Solicitation and Solicitation Response Form. The correct language is as follows: “Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of all amendments (beginning with Amendment 8),” superseding the previous incorrect language of “beginning with Amendment 5.” Additionally, the Form C301 (Offeror Representations and Certifications) is updated to reflect the latest SBA size standard for NAICS code 236220 of $45 million. Lastly, Amendment 9 incorporates the Pre-Proposal Conference Agenda, Slide Deck, and Attendance List, as well as an updated Questions and Answers document as additional attachments to the Solicitation – located in the document titled 'SF30 Amendment 9 2023 12 22'. _____________________ AMENDMENT 8 Amendment 8 opens the solicitation for the Fort Worth and Louisiana Zones. All documents associated with these zones are included in Amendment 8 and subsequent amendments, which will provide additional information. Documents or forms from before this amendment are not valid for the specified zones, unless otherwise stated in the solicitation.
