SOLICITATION W912DR26RA061 IS HEREBY amended for the following: 1. update Attachment A as the official Specifications. 2. Attachment B is outdated and no longer valid and is hereby removed. 3. Also to remove Section 00 20 00 - Instructions for Procurements. 4. Updated Section 00 21 16 - Instructions to Proposers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED for the following: 1. Remove Factor 4: Small Business Participation Plan (SBPP) in its entirety. 2.
