This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial items issued pursuant to FAR Subpart 12. Under this notice, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District (USACE) is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: CSSC ELECTRIC FISH BARRIER POWER QUALITY BUILDING UPS REPAIR, LOCKPORT, ILLNOIS A. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, “Commercial Items. In this acquisition, the contractor provide all necessary management, personnel, services, tools, meters, parts, materials, supplies, equipment except as otherwise identified herein to conduct repair to the Aquatic Nuisance Species Barrier (“Fish Barrier”) Power Quality Building Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS- Model: 9395-1100-1100-CW; S/N: EJ084BAA01 & EJ084BAA02). Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the scope of work. COMPETITION FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESSES. AN OFFEROR MUST BE HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/PROPOSAL PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION.
