The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command, has issued solicitation, N00178-18-R-7000, for SeaPort-Next Generation (NxG), the replacement to SeaPort-e. This is a full and open competitive requirement to award Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contracts (MAC IDIQ) in order for SeaPort-NxG MAC holders to compete for future task order awards. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 (exception for marine engineering and naval architecture); the revenue size standard for Small Business is $38.5 Million. The Government intends to make award to each and all qualifying offerors. Awards will be made on initial offers without discussions. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of the solicitation and any amendments or announcements; interested offerors should monitor the FBO page regularly.
