The Government is seeking responses from both small and large business concerns. This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. Project Overview: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research for a potential Design-Build requirement supporting improvements to a range in the Irvine, California area. The anticipated scope includes restroom upgrades, erosion control, concrete pad installation, electrical upgrades, and large-scale asphalt pavement repair. The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A brief outline of the work is below: Electrical System Upgrade Provide and install a 225?kVA transformer (208Y/120V, 3?phase) and a 600?amp main distribution panel. Erosion Control (25? and 50?Yard Ranges) Conduct geotechnical borings and design a compliant erosion control system (retaining structures, drainage). Construct stabilization measures, install drainage, and provide as?built documentation. Pavement Rehabilitation (~30,000 SY) Assess roadway conditions and drainage patterns.
