The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract and will utilize procedures under of FAR Part 13.5 – Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The contractor shall provide linen services as required by Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point (NHCCP), Cherry Point, NC. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812332 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. The resulting contract will be for the period of a twelve (12) month base year (starting on 17 November 2015) and four (4) twelve month option years to include FAR 52.217-8. All options will be evaluated. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 21 October 2015 by downloading the documents at the NECO Website as follows: http:// www.neco.navy.mil. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
