This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source Delivery Order (DO) under the Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) to the following contractor in support of a Natus EDX Ultrasound in support of Central Iowa VA Health Care System, 3600 30th St., Des Moines, IA 50310: Natus Medical Incorporated UEI: UMMUFALM4JJ3 3150 Pleasant View RD, Middleton, Wisconsin 53562 This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C. 152 (3) and 40 U.S.C. 501, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6 (b): Items peculiar to one manufacturer.
