Murphy VA Medical Center, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, TX, 78229 through the El Paso VA Contracting Office, intends to solicit proposals from Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors to provide Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), with an anticipated period of performance of a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 1 August 2026, with an estimated closing date for proposals on or about 30 August 2026. The solicitation will be available for download from https://sam.gov. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process.
