NAICS code: 236220 Size Standard: $45M Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Reference VAAR 852.219-73 Scope of Work - Restoration of the Historic Theater Bldg. 35, a brick-and-mortar structure, at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home (Johnson City), Tennessee. This building includes approximately 24,876 square feet of existing space on the first floor, second floor, and basement, respectively, with crawl space including utilities. This project shall correct all documented facility condition assessment deficiencies noted in the 2012 FCA Report for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center.
