EFFECTIVE September 16, 2020: The government has issued Amendment No. 0004 and 0005 against this Solicitation. Due to a systems error, the numbering sequence for the Amendments issued against this Solicitation was impacted. As a result, Amendment Number 0003 will not be issued against the Solicitation.
