THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. This modification 1 to notice 80JSC026CLPS2, which was posted on January 5, 2026, is issued by NASA/JSC to poste a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition. The draft RFP and cover letter are attached to this notice. Industry is requested to provide a response to the questions in the cover letter and submit any questions related to the draft RFP to [email protected] no later than 12:00 pm Central Time on April 17, 2026. Reference "CLPS 2.0 DRFP" and your company name in the subject line of your response. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government may not respond to questions/concerns submitted. The Government will use the information to finalize the RFP as necessary. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
