THE INTENT OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO RECAPITALIZE THE NAVY’S HIGH VOLTAGE (230KV) TRANSMISSION LOOP AND ALL ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT AND GEAR AT NAVAL SUBMARINE BASE (NSB) KINGS BAY, GEORGIA, IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE NAVAL AND UTILITY PROVIDER PHYSICAL AND CYBERSECURITY REQUIREMENTS WITH SEAMLESS COORDINATION AND SINGLE POINT OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR EXECUTION WITHOUT UNNECESSARY SERVICE DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS, OR ADVERSE IMPACTS ASSOCIATED WITH COORDINATION OF REQUIREMENTS BETWEEN BULK POWER FEED AND INTERNAL POWER DISTRIBUTION AND ALLOCATION. NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
