Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) N6523626RE073 for the procurement of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Acquisition, Engineering, and Integration (CAEI) Production. A virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference is scheduled to take place 22 October 2026 at 11:00am Eastern Time using Microsoft Teams. Registration for this event is required by sending an email to Adam Christopher ([email protected]) and Tyler Roberts ([email protected]) with the name and email address for no more than three (3) individuals per company. All questions, comments, and/or recommendations shall be submitted to [email protected] only; and the deadline for submission is Thursday, 15 October 2026 at 12:00pm Eastern. The DRAFT request for proposal (RFP) documents are forthcoming. NIWC Atlantic requires the production and delivery of integrated C5ISR systems, networks, and support equipment in support of multiple large acquisition programs on various platforms.
