NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit and subsequently award a contract for the procurement of: ITEM NAME: STAND,AIRCRAFT FUSE NSN: 1730 017159240 PN: B001250N01001-5TSP QTY: 5 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Even though this is sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The subject item requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support procurement via full and open competition.
