Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESSES. AN OFFEROR MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FORAWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER/QUOTATION PACKAGE FORTHIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE ATwww.sam.gov.
