The contractor's Task 5.14 obligation is to process 5,000 7,000 packets per day following the Month 3 ramp-up period as outlined in Table 5 of PWS Section 5.14. The Government notes that this volume has trended downward over time as mail automation capabilities have matured, though temporary spikes may occur due to automation issues or special projects.
