Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Janitorial Services. If you would like to submit proposal, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit them to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. For Questions Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing, in English, on or before the deadline. Questions must be sent to [email protected]. The Subject Line of your email should read Question(s) re: 19J01026R0002. The deadline is February 12, 2026. The U.S. Embassy will publish all questions and answers as soon as possible after the deadline above. Pre-Proposal Conference The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, date, time, and location indicated below. Prospective offerors should contact Haitham AlZuhlof at [email protected] to provide company name, attendee(s) names, as well as national identification number(s) no later than February 10, 2026.
