The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New York District intends to issue an Invitation For Bid (IFB) W912DS18B0033 to repair the leaking roof of Bartlett Hall at West Point, NY. These leaks have severely impaired and damaged the building's structure and must be attended to. The contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, support services, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to repair the roof. The project magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. The period of performance will be 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Anticipate the plans and specifications to be available on FBO.Gov, with a bid opening on or about 05 Sep 2018. Any and all amendments shall be likewise available on FBO.GOV.
