The Fort Jackson Environmental Division located at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC is seeking a non-personal services contract to provide collection and laboratory analysis to determine constituents of various environmental samples to comply with Federal, State, and local regulations. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
