This fiber switching device is required by the Compatibility Test Facility (CTF) program to enable the full operational capability to change plant alignment from the legacy, pre-production equipment to the production equipment, as well as the electric plant from Pre-production Electric Plant Control Panel (P-EPCP) control to the Test Engineering Design Model (TEDM).
