An invitation for Request for Proposals (RFP) is anticipated to be posted on or about November 2, 2026. The Veterans Affairs (VA) Puget Sound Medical Center-American Lake located in Lakewood, WA, has a requirement for a Firmed Fixed Price construction project to Replace Fire Suppression System to Building 61. Description of Services: Project Number 663A4-24-209 Replace Fire Suppression System to Building 61. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to replace the fire suppression systems at Building 61 in accordance with the associated and published/provided contract 100% Construction Documents (Drawings, Specifications, etc.). The Government requires the newly replaced systems to operate seamlessly with the existing systems at the American Lake campus.
