Reserves will be allocated for 8(a), HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). More detailed information regarding the Reserves will be released with the Solicitation. Small Business Size Standard: $45M This is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period. The GSA intends to award multiple contracts for General Construction Services. After award of the IDIQ all awardees will be provided fair opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.507-2 for discrete construction projects where task order will be issued based on selection criteria established at the ordering level, unless an exemption exists in accordance with FAR 16.507-6. The General Contractor (GC) shall serve as the single point of responsibility and must supervise, administer, coordinate, perform, and contract all management, labor, materials, equipment, and construction activities required to successfully execute each assigned project.
