Sources Sought Notice for the Combined Demolition and Decommissioning of the Former General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (FGLWACH), Optical Fabrication Laboratory and Medical Warehouse Phase 2, and Site Improvements for the Fort Leonard Wood Hospital Replacement. This requirement was previously published on SAM.gov as the seed project for the Dismantling, Demolition, and Removal of Improvements Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) as well as the FGLWACH Demolition and Decommissioning Project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District intends to solicit and award a Design-BId-Build (DBB) contract for the demolition and decommissioning of the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Optical Fabrication Laboratory, and Site Improvements on Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The demolition of the former General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH) consists of the complete removal of the following buildings: hospital and clinic (B310), Central Utility Plant (B311), and temporary Helipad. The project shall include, but is not limited to, the abatement/removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and other regulated materials (ORM), disconnect and capping of utilities, diversion and/or disposal of all debris materials, and restoration of the site to a specified condition.
