Offerors that have already submitted proposal materials may, but are not required to, submit revised proposal materials in response to this amendment. If an offeror submits any revised proposal materials, the revised materials shall replace the corresponding previously submitted materials. The Government will evaluate any proposal materials not revised as submitted. UPDATE 6: (12/9/2025): Amendment 0003 extends the proposal due date. UPDATE 5 (12/5/2025): The Government intends to extend the proposal due date for solicitation N00024-25-R-6304.
