This Sources Sought/Market Research Capabilities Questionnaire is issued for planning and market-research purposes only. It is not a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, or commitment by the Government to award a contract nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. This notice is open for responses from both small and other than small businesses, and responses will be utilized to determine if this requirement can be set- aside for small businesses in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 19.104.
