The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Edgefield, South Carolina intends to award a government order to the vendor/contractor who can provide the most cost effective means in obtaining seven Spot Monitor Connex Systems (vital sign machines) for the Health Services machines. This wall unit should be integrated with a BP Cuff, Nelicor, Sp02, Thermometry, Otoscope and Ophthalmoscope. Requesting a large, easy to read screen. (See attached Request for Quotation). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 501 Gary Hill Road, Edgefield, South Carolina 29824. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The contracting official intends to make this award on an all or none basis. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with price considered equally. All responsible business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation which may be considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 22, 2021, and will be posted here to the beta.SAM.gov website: http://beta.sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions.
