PROJECT INFORMATION Project Title: FY27 ZNRE224302P1 Improve Military Family Housing PAIP 10 Phase 1 Project Location: Yokota Air Base, Japan Project NAICS: 236118-Residential Remodelers Project Magnitude: Between ¥2,500,000,000 and ¥10,000,000,000 (Japanese YEN) Project Description: Provide whole house interior and exterior modernization, renovation and repair of 32 family housing units at Yokota Air Base. 12 units are type 2GAN, 2-bedroom company grade officer units within 3 buildings, and 20 are type 2GA, 2-bedroom junior non-commissioned officer units within 5 multiplex residential buildings. Anticipated Construction Performance Period: 24 Months SOLICITATION INFORMATION: 1. Procurement Method: The Government will issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation. 2. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation in October-November 2026. The solicitation when issued, will identify the site visit date, RFI and bid submission due date. All final ready to advertise solicitation documents, specifications and drawings will be posted on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at piee.eb.mil when issued.
