The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide all necessary personnel, materials, supervision, and equipment to fabricate, modify, deliver, and assemble two (2) 40ft x 9.6ft High-Cube ISO containers. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this RFI notice. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required support services to meet the NSWCCD requirements. NSWCCD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 10:00AM ET, 28 May 2026. Responses shall list N00167-26-SIMACQ-CD-86-0005 in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
