SEE AMENDMENT 0003 - SCHEDULE UPDATED _ SEE SF30_0003 and Attachment A Schedule Dated March 12th, 2024 SEE AMENDMENT 0002 - CLOSING TIME EXTENDED UNTIL MARCH 19th, 2024 at 10PM EST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to procure the petroleum fuel products using FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. The Government will award requirements-type contracts resulting from the Solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the Solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, with price and other factor considered (See Evaluation criteria under SECTION M). This is an open continuous solicitation with successive closing dates for DLA Energy Posts, Camps and Station (PC&S) Purchase Program 1.8G Japan requirements.
