The Contractor shall provide reliable, secure, and high-quality commercial cellular telephone services including voice, messaging, and data throughout Jordan and designated roaming countries. Key elements from the 07 October 2026 PWS include: Service Capabilities: Local and international voice calls; SMS and MMS; internet data; call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, and voicemail; tethering; automated SMS usage notifications from the service provider.
