This notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with an associated size standard of 800 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is seeking interested sources to provide Full Power Articulating Examination Chair- Reliance 7000 manufactured by Haag-Streit (HS). If your business can meet or exceed the requirement, please provide a capability statement. The capability statement shall be limited to no more than two pages and must clearly state the following: Capability in industry to manufacture or provide the required Full Power Articulating Examination Chair- Reliance 7000.
