The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing this Sources Sought Announcement for Construction Services for the for the repairing of the inlet pipe to the float well and replace weathered/damaged staff gauges at the Surry Moutain Lake Dam in Surry NH. This announcement is to determine interest, availability and capability of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned and Small Business concerns for this project. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 with a size standard of $45M. The project is planned to be solicited in the Winter of 2026 with construction to begin place in the Summer of 2027. The estimated construction cost is between $350,000 - $500,000. The project site is the inlet culvert on the lake side of the Surry Mountain Dam in Surry, NH. Work for this project will likely include, but not be limited to, the following: Coffer dam at inlet pipe location. Float well pipe (3-inch cast iron) cleaning.
