Program Title: Fielded Training Systems Support V (FTSS V) Submarine Contractor Maintenance Services(SubCMS)Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order under Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC)V Lot 1 for SubCMS. The requirement is to provide maintenance services and material support for the Training Systems, support equipment, trainer specific facilities, Tactical Training Equipment (TTE), Trainer Peculiar Equipment (TPE), Trainer Support Gear (TSG), and Trainer Unique Equipment (TUE) in a ?ready-for-training? state. The Submarine training portfolio includes various training devices located at 6 (six) locations: NAVSUBSCOL Groton, CT; SUBLRNFAC Norfolk, VA;TRITRAFAC Kings Bay, GA; TRITRAFAC Bangor, WA (includes Bremerton, WA); SUBTRAFAC San Diego, CA (Includes North Island, CA); and NSTCP Pearl Harbor, HI (Includes Ford Island and SUBLRNCTR Det Santa Rita, Guam). The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of a two (2) month mobilization and one (1) ten month base year with four (4) twelve(12) month period option periods.
