Contractor shall completely prepare the areas indicated to Construct a Clinical Services Building as outlined in the drawings and specifications; Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items, at Manchester VA Medical Center, Manchester, NH. The period of performance for this project is 548 days after Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall provide the demolition and removal of existing structures, relocation of existing owner s equipment, construction of new spaces and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Construct of Clinical Services Building located at the Manchester VA Medical Center in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions, specifications and drawings, and applicable wage rates. Work includes, but is not limited to construction of Clinical Services Building. The work includes general demolition, excavation, temporary access, new construction, building alterations, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security systems, medical gas, commissioning, VPIH and telecommunications systems. In addition, modifications to existing roof and structure are included as well as certain other items are part of the work.
