This solicitation response date has been extended to 2 July 2026 at 2PM Eastern Time. This is an update to issue Amendment 0001 along with Attachments 3 and 4. Also included is a consolidated solicitation with changes current through Amendment 0001.This is an update to provide interested parties with information from the pre-bid solicitation conference and site visit conducted June 10, 2026. The list of attendees and the agency slideshow are included by attachment for reference purposes only. The USPFO for South Carolina intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to repair and expand airfield pavements to meet standard by utilizing conventional design and construction methods at McEntire JNGB. The scope of this project will consist of the removal of existing substandard concrete and asphaltic pavement and the installation of new base course, new concrete pavement (PCC), storm water drainage improvements, relocate taxiway edge lights, signage and paint taxi lines for base assigned and transient aircraft. All new pavements will be compatible with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, and installation design standards and criteria.
