(ABOA): 9,850 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 (GOV’s) Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 (GOV’s) Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 8 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements : Gov’t must have 24 hour/7 days a week access to building and parking. Roof top access may be required to place vertical antennas for UHF and VHF communications, Satellite Dish for Television Service, and open air HD Antenna for Standard Television Service.
