SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to repave and resurface the Nolin River Lake Dog Creek Campground Entrance Road, install new parking area at the Dog Creek Campground Shower house, and repair a section of the entrance road at Tailwater Recreation Area. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP. LOCATION: Nolin River Lake 2150 Nolin Dam Road Mammoth Cave, KY 42259 This RFP is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 237310 ($45 Million). One award will be made from this solicitation. The contract award will be based on Low Price. Method of payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.
