In accordance with RFO 12.102, this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to Evoqua Water Technologies located at 6951 S. Blackhawk St, Ste 600, Centennial, CO 80012 Item No. Part Number / Description Unit Qty 1 W3TSP4146 - Labor to remove old and install new higher capacity RO unit, position and mount new UV and final filter housings. All loop plumbing connections are to be done in polypropylene which are outside the scope of this quote and are to be done by others. EA 1 2 W3TSP4101 NCP - Schedule 80 PVC components required to connect to the new RO and RO product line to storage tank. Since the rest of the distribution loop is butt fused PP piping, loop connections to the new UV and final filter housings is outside the scope of this quote and is to be done by others. EA 1 3 W3TSP5302 - 5 Site Trips Travel Expense EA 1 This is a contract action to provide installation services to complete an upgrade of the Sterile Processing Services s Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification system.
