Summary from the notice
Building 5 Halls and Walls. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to complete the demolition of existing flooring, floor preparation and replacement flooring. Wall covering removal, replacement wall covering, provision of Acrovyn wall protection and corner guards and paint. Removal of existing handrails/crash rails and replacement. Renovation and provision of new finishes for museum display cases. Demolition of existing doors and replacement of fire doors and office doors. Provision of and installation of new ceiling grid and ceiling tiles. All work shall be performed in Building 5 at the VA Sioux Falls Health Care System, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, necessary demolition and certain other items necessary for the completion of this project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number 36C26319B0003 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about April 26, 2019. This solicitation will contain all necessary Scope of Work, specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project.
