The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: EasyMax 102 Advanced Thermostat System, software, and installation (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Mettler -Toledo AutoChem, Inc. (MT), 6708 Alexander Bell Dr., Columbia, MD 21046. MT is the OEM and only distributor of this system/installation, which is required for compatibility with existing equipment and consistency in testing and data analysis across various command laboratories. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5082 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
