Ft.: 8,606 ABOA / 9,897 RSF Space Type: Office Term: 15 Years, 13 Firm Agency Unique Requirements: • One (1) reserved Parking Space • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards. • Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the determined delineated area, with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. • Space must be contiguous on one level. • If proposed space is above the first floor, two passenger elevators are required. • Building must be within .75 mile walking distance of public transportation. • A fully serviced lease is required. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 19-REG01. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement.
