The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price supply contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. This requirement consists of providing Boiler Burner Parts in support of CGC ALEX HALEY boiler operations. Do not list individual line items, quantities, part numbers, National Stock Numbers, or technical specifications in this notice. The complete itemized requirement, including quantities, part numbers, and specifications, is contained in the attached Statement of Work and associated line-item schedule. All items must be delivered on an F.O.B. Destination basis to Kodiak, AK by 20-Nov-2026. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333414, with a corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. The applicable Product Service Code is 4530. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
