This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026. Requirement Description: VA has a requirement to purchase the Medtronic EndoFLIP 300 system and related accessories and to deliver the same to its VA Medical Centers around the country. The EndoFLIP 300 provides real-time measurements of the pressure and dimensions of the esophagus during endoscopic evaluation and surgical procedures through Impedance Planimetry. Impedance Planimetry is described as a catheter-mounted, balloon-covered probe placed during a regular endoscopy using sedation and inflated to prespecified pressures.
