The magnitude of this project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 million. This solicitation is being completed as a request for proposals (RFP) under commercial procedures and in accordance with the updated Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO). The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VA OALC NCO20 anticipates making one (1) firm-fixed-price construction award based on a best value determination as a result of this solicitation.
