You can find the updated document in the Attachments/Links section, where these questions are now listed as 95 and 96. 26 February 2026 This is a Pre-solicitation notice for Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS) at multiple geographically separated units (GSU) as identified in the COSMOS IDIQ PWS located in the Attachments/Links Section of this posting. The COSMOS contract consists of services necessary to support United States Space Force (USSF) Combat Forces Command (CFC) Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) missions worldwide. The Government intends to issue the formal COSMOS solicitation on or about 13 March 2026 under Solicitation Number FA2518-25-R-P002. The Space Acquisition and Innovation Office (SAIO) at Peterson Space Force Base intends to solicit competitive proposals to provide non-personal services to support USSF CFC SATCOM and MILSATCOM missions at multiple geographically separated units (GSUs) located worldwide. Access to these performance locations require security classification up to Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) level.
