The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The RFO FAR provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Feb 2026) applies to this acquisition and a successful Offeror will address all items within the addenda of this provision. The addendum for this provision is as follows: A Small business competitive, firm fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded through the procedures of RFO FAR subsection 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts. The quotations shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 423690 (Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers), with a Size Standard of 250 employees.
