SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE: DLA Aviation Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: NSN 7RH 2915 01-492-3907 XQ , P/N 4046T52G37, MAIN FUEL CONTROL T-700 Engine. The Government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this Sources Sought Notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Only approved sources will be solicited, and source approval may be required. DLA Aviation Philadelphia will not delay award while source approval is pending.
