Page 1 of 2 CONTINUATION OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Project No. 620-23-205 Mission Critical Roofs Phase II at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System Montrose Campus, Montrose, NY 10548. The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to replace roofs on buildings identified as mission critical. Egress is to be maintained throughout construction activity. This project includes replacement of gabled, dormer and flat roofs on buildings 12 and 27 in accordance with the accompanying drawings, specifications, and any local and federal codes, regulations, and procedures. Construction activities also include fall protection and other structural components of the roofing systems as indicated by the bid documents. The work shall include work covered by specification divisions 2 (hazardous materials / demolition), 5 (metals), 6 (wood and plastics), 7 (thermal & moisture protection), 26 (electrical) and 32 (site improvements). Construction activities include but are not limited to labor, material, equipment, and supervision required for roof demolition, fall protection demolition, asbestos abatement, roof installation, and fall protection installation. Some work activities may be required to be performed outside of normal business hours The contract completion time is Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) calendar days but no later than June 26, 2027.
