Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Rental Equipment; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract.
