Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals for the procurement, fabrication, assembly, test, final acceptance, and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Launch Control Unit (LCU) MK 235 MOD 11 part number (p/n) 7104280-119 and MK 235 MOD 12 p/n 7104280-129. Sources Sought Notice No. N6339419R0008 posted to FBO.gov on 20 February 2019 provides additional information regarding the requirement. The drawing package is Distribution D limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors only as well as being subject to Export Control restrictions. Drawings will be made available via AMRDEC SAFE or ARC SAFE (https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/safe) upon email request to [email protected] and [email protected]. Offerors may submit comments regarding solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist at [email protected] and the Contracting Officer at [email protected]. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after 10 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date.
